We stand behind the quality of our products. If you purchased a Bwarm product or accessory from bwarmhome.com within the last 30 days and are not completely satisfied, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling fees).
Eligibility for Returns
- Item is in the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- Tags attached
- Original packaging included
- Receipt or proof of purchase provided
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
- Item must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase required
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at service@bwarmhome.com.
