Loving my new mattress pad.

I have neuropathy in my lower legs and feet, so the feel ice cold preventing me from getting to sleep. I turn on the mattress about 30 min before i go to bed and set the timer for 2 to 3 hrs. It is like slipping into a warm cacoon and i'm asleep in minutes and dont wake up due to an overheated upper body. So much better than an electric blanket getting tangled up all the time. Even if I forget to turn it on before, it heats up quickly. My ankleswelling has also gone down. I believe the heat is helping with my circulation.
