Shipping Rates

 

  • Orders below $49: Standard shipping fee of $4.99
  • Orders of $49 or more: Free standard shipping

For express options(available within the United States):

  • FedEx Express: $9.99
  • DHL Express (International): $24.99

*Shipping fees will be automatically waived at checkout. Promotion applies to your order subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days

Please note: delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and seasonal demand.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Canada, and Germany.
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories or PO boxes.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Delivery Issues or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

We currently provide shipping services to the United States, Canada, and Germany.

Can I change the address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is on the way.

How will my delivery be shipped?

Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out Bwarm products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.

What do I do when I received a different product than what I ordered?
